How much will it cost?
If you are able to call in for a quote or send in an image of the damage, then we can provide an accurate cost of your individual repair or enhancement. We specialise in minor cosmetic damage and therefore we have efficient processes that cut down on timely bodyshop repair labour, saving costs all round, which means that we can not only carry out the work at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods, but reducing the likelihood that you will need to make an insurance claim.
How long will It take?
Most repairs can be carried out in just a day or two, some minor interior snags and damage to upholstery, leather and trims can be completed in less time.
When can you carry out the work?
We offer a quick turnaround service, due to the nature of the work being minor cosmetic, which reflects that we can usually take bookings within just a few days notice (typically 3 -4 days) so you can be assured that nasty scuff will be nipped in the bud and prevented from becoming worse.
Do You offer a guarantee?
We guarantee all workmanship for 24 months or the length of any existing paint warranty on the vehicle; whichever is the longest.
Can you repair my audi?
We carry out work for most main dealerships on new vehicles and therefore the products and processes employed are of the required standard to meet these requirements; including Audi!
Can you repair my lease car?
With more and more people opting to run lease vehicles, there is an increasing demand to ensure that vehicles are returned at the end of term in the agreed condition as set out in the contract agreement – we are happy to carry out assessments to ensure that the vehicle condition meets the requirements of your individual provider; where there may be any damage or imperfections that may fall outside of what is agreed, we are happy to provide a quotation to rectify these, again at a fraction of the charges that may be made by the lease company
Can you do work for my insurance company?
We can carry out work for any insurance company if your preference is for us to complete the work. Although your insurance company have negotiated preferential rates with their selected repairer, they may still not be as competitive as our services, due to the methods we employ. However, your insurer may provide a courtesy car should you chose to use their services and that may be a consideration.
Do you need to see the car?
We do need to see your vehicle in order to give an accurate cost. We are happy to provide an estimate from any images that you send to us, but this is subject to receiving the vehicle as there could be damage that was not visible in an image. We will always provide costs before commencing any work, and where undisclosed damage is found (damage that was not obvious at the time of the quote or on removing parts etc) then we will contact you during the course of repair to advise these additional costs.
